The RoleAs a Partnerships Analytics & Operations Senior Analyst, you will build the analytics, insights, and operational processes that power Adobe's Partnerships strategy and execution.You will work on high-impact problems across partner performance, deal effectiveness, and ecosystem dynamics — turning data into clear insights and helping ensure decisions are executed effectively.This role is hands‑on and execution‑focused: you will own analyses end‑to‑end, build tools and dashboards, and help operationalize how the Partnerships organization runs.What You'll DoBuild Analytics and Generate Insights (Core Focus)Develop dashboards and analyses to track:Translate data into clear, actionable insights that inform:Support development of evaluation frameworks for partner and ecosystem decisionsEnable Decision‑Making Through Structured AnalysisBreak down ambiguous questions into structured analyses and clear outputsIdentify key drivers, trends, and tradeoffsPresent insights in a clear, concise, and decision‑oriented wayBuild and Improve Operational ProcessesSupport design and execution of processes across:Help ensure data is accurate, consistent, and usable across teamsIdentify inefficiencies and propose improvements to how the organization operatesSupport Ecosystem Intelligence and ExperimentationTrack partner and ecosystem developments (product, GTM, competitive moves)Contribute to lightweight competitive intelligence effortsSupport early‑stage analyses and pilots to evaluate new partnership opportunitiesWhat You Need to SucceedExperience3–8 years in analytics, strategy, BizOps, consulting, or similar rolesStrong track record of solving problems using data and structured thinkingExperience working in cross‑functional environmentsAnalytics & Technical Skills (Critical)Strong analytical skills with experience in:Ability to go from raw data insight recommendationAI Proficiency RequiredComfortable using AI tools (LLMs) to accelerate analysis and workflowsFamiliarity with “vibe coding” / rapid prototyping using AI tools (e.g., building simple dashboards, scripts, or automations)CommunicationAbility to clearly communicate insights and recommendationsComfortable presenting to stakeholdersStructured thinking and concise storytellingMindsetDetail‑oriented with strong ownershipCurious and proactive — digs into problems without waiting for directionComfortable operating in ambiguity and evolving prioritiesFocused on impact, not just analysisExpected Pay RangeOur compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $110,000 – $202,250 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience. In New York, the pay range for this position is $139,700 - $202,250. In Washington, the pay range for this position is $127,700 - $184,850.At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short‑term incentives are in the form of a sales commission plan.
