Our parts department plays a vital role in supporting our technicians, guests, and overall dealership operations. We're looking for a reliable and customer-focused Parts Advisor to join our growing team.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist customers, technicians, and service advisors with parts inquiries in-person, over the phone, and via email

• Accurately identify and locate OEM parts using catalog systems and inventory tools

• Process parts orders, returns, and warranty claims

• Maintain an organized and well-stocked parts department

• Track inventory levels and assist with restocking as needed

• Coordinate with the service and sales departments to ensure timely parts delivery

• Provide exceptional customer service and support a smooth, efficient workflow

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience as a Parts Advisor or in an automotive parts department (Toyota experience is a plus!)

• Strong knowledge of automotive systems and parts terminology

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment

• Experience with parts catalog systems

• Valid driver’s license 

• Complete pre-employment drug screening
