    Description

    HiFyve is hiring a Parts Associate in the heavy equipment construction industry in De Pere, WI!


    Employment Type: Regular, Full-Time

    Shift: Day shift

    Location: On-site in De Pere, WI

    Rate of Pay: $20 - $25/hour (DOE)


    Job Duties and Responsibilities

    • Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers and internal teams regarding parts support

    • Promote and support all aspects of the parts department with customers and company personnel

    • Manage workflow by processing parts orders via phone, internet, and in person

    • Sell parts to walk-in, phone, and shop customers

    • Assist with warehouse operations including receiving, stocking, and picking orders

    • Support inventory management and organization within the parts department

    • Operate forklifts and assist with material handling as needed

    • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

    • Communicate effectively with customers and team members regarding parts availability and order status

    • Contribute to team goals and assist with additional tasks as needed


    Education Requirements

    • High school diploma or GED required


    Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

    • Strong computer skills, including experience with word processing and spreadsheet applications

    • Mechanical aptitude required; knowledge of heavy equipment parts preferred

    • Ability to lift heavy items and perform physical warehouse tasks

    • Forklift experience preferred or willingness to learn

    • Valid driver’s license required

    • Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills

    • Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
