    Role Snapshot

As a Parts Distribution and Logistics Associate, you orchestrate the flow of parts every day. From the morning’s first pick ticket to the afternoon’s last delivery, you’ll keep shelves organized, shipments moving, and technicians equipped—while documenting accurately and operating safely.

    What You’ll Handle

    • Accurately pick parts for customer orders, counter requests, and service department needs.
    • Receive incoming stock; verify, record, and put away weekly replenishments with speed and precision.
    • Stage and ship parts to customers according to order specs via UPS and other carriers.
    • Receive customer and service orders; place items in designated locations or prepare outbound shipments.
    • Process returns and cores: re-shelve appropriately and issue credit memos as required.
    • Pull weekly technician van replenishment to keep field teams stocked.
    • Deliver parts to technicians, customer sites, and other off-site locations.
    • Operate forklifts and palletize safely; model safe material-handling practices.
    • Maintain records, inventory accuracy, and related reporting; assist with other duties as assigned by the parts lead.

    What You Bring

    • High school diploma or GED.
    • Prior warehouse and shipping/receiving experience preferred.
    • Basic computer proficiency for lookups, data entry, and shipping systems.
    • Ability to read, write, and communicate in English for job tasks and safety requirements.
    • Ability to meet ergonomic and physical requirements, including role-related physical base scores.
    • Operator qualifications for any Powered Industrial Trucks used in the job (must be maintained).
    • Driving is an essential function; a current valid driver’s license must be maintained at all times.
    • Forklift operation capability; training and certification assistance provided if needed.

    Physical Demands

Expect regular standing and walking, frequent sitting, and routine use of hands and arms for handling, reaching, and fine tasks—along with talking and hearing during coordination. You will frequently lift, carry, push, pull, and move items up to 25 pounds. Vision requirements include close, distance, peripheral, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

    Work Environment

Depending on site, you may encounter moving mechanical equipment and, at times, higher places, fumes or airborne particles, outdoor weather, and vibration. You may occasionally work in wet/humid areas, near caustic chemicals, in extreme cold or heat, and around potential electrical hazards. Noise levels can occasionally be loud.
