Parts Manager – Volkswagen Dealership
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Parts Manager to lead the parts department at our busy Volkswagen dealership. The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, and driven to maximize department profitability while delivering exceptional service to both retail and internal customers.
Oversee daily operations of the parts department
Maintain accurate inventory levels and controls
Manage ordering, receiving, stocking, and returns
Work closely with the service department to ensure timely parts availability
Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and customers
Monitor department performance, gross profit, and expenses
Train, coach, and supervise parts department staff
Ensure compliance with Volkswagen standards and dealership policies
Handle warranty parts and core returns efficiently
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Previous automotive parts management experience required
Volkswagen or European automotive experience preferred
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent organizational and communication abilities
Knowledge of inventory management systems and dealership software
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
