Rate Details:

  • 1st Shift (7:00am - 3:30Ppm) - $20/hr
  • 2nd Shift (3:00pm -11:30pm) - $21.50/hr
  • 3rd Shift (11:00pm - 7:30am) - $23/hr

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound customer calls and emails related to password resets and account unlocking.
  • Provide clear and concise instructions to customers to resolve their issues.
  • Verify customer identity and ensure security protocols are followed.
  • Document customer interactions and resolutions in the system.
  • Escalate complex issues to higher-level support when necessary.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all customer interactions.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong customer service skills with a friendly and patient demeanor.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with common software applications.
  • No prior technical experience required; training will be provided.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a customer service or call center role.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
