- Must maintain a high level of cleanliness and be aware of all food safety standards (must have Illinois' food handler's certificate
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Must have a flexible schedule including the ability to work on holidays
- A great attitude, an eagerness to learn, and passion for pastry
- Cake Decorating
Responsibilities: - Produce all dessert items, including plated dessert components, cakes, and pastries, on a daily basis
- Follow directions and recipes accurately to ensure consistency and quality
- Assist in maintaining kitchen organization and cleanliness
- Check pars and quality of ingredients on a daily basis
- Fulfill orders for delivery given by pastry sous chef or executive pastry chef
- Perform delivery check-ins to ensure accuracy and quality
- Attend certain outside events and programs as needed
