What You’ll Do
Assist in the preparation and plating of desserts with care, consistency, and creativity
Maintain par levels, prep mise en place, and communicate needs with clarity
Follow recipes and techniques with precision while being open to learning new ones
Uphold food safety and sanitation standards throughout every step
Keep your station clean, organized, and ready for service
Collaborate closely with the pastry chef, line cooks, and service team
Show up ready to work, ready to grow, and ready to sweeten the guest experience
What You Bring
Experience in pastry or baking is a plus, but not required—we’re happy to train the right fit
Attention to detail, strong work ethic, and a love for desserts and hospitality
Calm and focused under pressure, with solid communication skills
