Responsibilities: Assist pastry production team, chefs, and cooks with mixing pastry products, plating cold meals such as fruit salads and pastries. Use knife skills for cutting and peeling fruit. Perform tasks in different station such as (Fruit cutting station, economy packing station, juice station, basket station, assembling and plating food etc.) Ensure adequacy of supplies at the cooking stations Store ingredients and food items according to food safety standards and follow the guidance of the executive or sous chef Assist kitchen staff to unload food supplies from delivery trucks Help to maintain a climate of smooth and friendly cooperation Other duties as assigned.
