Olivine is looking for an energetic, passionate Pastry & Prep Cook to join our culinary team. This is a morning-focused position ideal for someone who enjoys working behind the scenes, takes pride in preparation, and loves being part of a fast-paced kitchen.

Pastry experience is a plus, but a great attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn are just as important.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare house-made breads and pizza dough
• Assist with desserts and pastry production
• Complete daily kitchen prep and production
• Follow recipes and maintain consistency and quality
• Properly label, date, rotate, and store ingredients
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient prep area
• Work closely with the culinary team to ensure the kitchen is prepared for service
• Follow all food safety and sanitation standards

What We’re Looking For

• Morning availability is required
• Previous pastry, baking, or kitchen prep experience is preferred
• Experience making bread, pizza dough, or desserts is a strong plus
• Passion for food and working in a professional kitchen
• Energetic, dependable, and team-oriented
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to stay organized and productive while working independently
• Someone who genuinely enjoys prep work and takes pride in their craft
