Job Description:

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Patent Agent to join our team in Boston with pay starting at 200K. As a Patent Agent, you will be responsible for assisting with the preparation and prosecution of patent applications, conducting patentability and prior art searches, and providing support on intellectual property matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and file patent applications with the USPTO
• Conduct patent searches to assess novelty and patentability
• Assist in drafting responses to office actions
• Collaborate with inventors and attorneys to gather necessary information
• Stay up-to-date with patent laws and regulations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Registered as a Patent Agent with the USPTO
• Strong understanding of patent laws and regulations
• Excellent research and analytical skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
