Candidates must have excellent academic credentials, experience drafting and prosecuting patent applications and an advanced degree in a biology, chemistry or a biotechnical discipline. The position will entail U.S. and foreign patent office practice as well as opinion work, due diligence, licensing, litigation support, and client counseling on a variety of life sciences focused projects. This position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, 401(k) plan, medical, dental, and vision insurance, personal medical and parental leave, up to ten paid Holidays, and family care benefits. More information regarding benefits and programs may be foundhere.

Annual Compensation Range: $235,000 to 365,000
