Description Specialization: Pathology Anatomic and Clinical Job Summary: HCA Healthcare Pathology Services and their North Texas Division is seeking an Associate Pathologist to be based at Medical City Fort Worth in Fort Worth, TX. HCA Healthcare Pathology Services employs over 200 board certified multispecialty pathologists nationwide and provides professional services to over 100 HCA Healthcare owned hospitals as well as commercial clients. Our physician partners are a key component to our success and we work closely with them to achieve the most favorable patient outcomes. Pathology Volumes & Practice Structure: The practice includes four full‑time pathologists, with rotation of team to support Medical City Weatherford and Alliance Hospitals; 1:4 call coverage Annual case volumes include 7,800 surgical pathology cases at Medical City Fort Worth Qualified Candidates: AP/CP board certification or eligibility is required Experienced candidates preferred Proficiency in general surgical pathology and performing frozen sections. Breast experience is preferred.
