Position Summary
Provides case-managed academic advising to help students develop clear educational pathways, achieve academic goals, and successfully complete or transfer from their programs. Monitors student progress, connects students with resources, and provides proactive support to promote retention and success.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree
Three (3) year advising, counseling, or providing case management student success support at a higher education institution
Such as career services, financial aid, or other forms of admission/college readiness support
Case management experience
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
Strong advising, case management, communication, and organizational skills with the ability to manage a substantial caseload and maintain accuracy. Proficiency with advising, student information, and communication technologies. Ability to collaborate effectively across departments, work with individuals from varying backgrounds, and maintain a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed.
