Patient Access Representative

• Week 1 & 2 / Monday & Friday 8:00am-6:30pm
• Week 3 / Wednesday 2:30pm-6:30pm / Thursday 10:00am-6:30pm / Saturday 8:00am-3:30pm.
• You will work at UW Health SwedishAmerican Hospital in Rockford with coverage at Belvidere Hospital as needed

Additional components of compensation may include:

• Evening, night, and weekend shift differential
• Overtime
• On-call pay

• High School Diploma or equivalent. Preferred
• Associate's Degree in Business, Finance. Health Information Management or related field. Preferred

Work Experience

• 1 year of experience in a customer service-related field. Required
• 1 year of experience in a healthcare, call center, business, financial or insurance related field. Preferred
• Experience in providing a high level of customer service. Required
• Experience operating office machines such as personal computers, fax machines, photocopier, and document scanners. Required
