What You'll Do
Welcome and register emergency department patients.
Verify demographics, insurance, and required paperwork.
Coordinate patient admissions, transfers, and specialty consultations.
Maintain accurate patient records and upload documents to the EHR.
Answer phones and provide clear communication to patients, families, and healthcare staff.
Track admissions, transfers, calls, and pediatric patients.
Support patient safety, security, specimen transport, and daily department operations.
Maintain office supplies and accurate transfer/admission documentation.
