Patient Advocate Scheduling Specialists have the unique privilege of being the voice of Airrosti. This team answers all incoming patient calls nationwide. Located at the Airrosti Headquarters, our Patient Advocate Team members provide exceptional customer service in a supportive team environment. This includes:

  • Educating and guiding potential patients about the Airrosti experience by phone
  • Scheduling new and existing patients for all Airrosti locations

Requirements:

  • Attend paid, mandatory in-office 4-week training period, Monday-Friday from 8:00AM-5:00PM
  • Must be able to work the following schedule:
    • Monday–Wednesday: 8-hour shifts scheduled within operating hours of 7:00 AM–6:00 PM
    • Thursday: Off
    • Friday: 8-hour shift scheduled within operating hours of 7:00 AM–5:00 PM
    • Saturday: 8:00AM-2:00PM
  • Communication: share scheduling information clearly and concisely with patients, peers, and outside partners, both verbally and in writing.
  • Solution-oriented: having a focus on finding the best way to help the patient in the moment; offering creative solutions/ideas to fix the problem and/or answer a question.
  • Attention to Detail: accurately documenting patient information and following set processes that are in place.
  • Adaptability: the ability to embrace change and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Collaborative: work effectively with peers and partners outside of Patient Services to get patients scheduled.
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus
