PHARMACY MEMBER SUPPORT SPECIALIST

Must have CPT License

LOCATION

The Colony, TX | Onsite

COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE

• $22–$24/hour

• Full-time, W2

• Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM–7:00 PM

• Training: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM for first 2 weeks

ROLE IMPACT

Take your pharmacy experience beyond the counter! Help members navigate prescription benefits, overcome medication access barriers, and get the support they need.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle inbound and outbound member calls

• Coordinate with pharmacies, prescribers, and assistance programs

• Research prescription issues and follow cases through resolution

• Accurately document member interactions and case updates

LICENSES & CERTIFICATIONS

• Active Pharmacy Technician license or certification in at least one state

• National certification required if hired permanently

CLINICAL SKILL SET

• Prescription benefits and medication access

• Pharmacy/PBM systems

• Salesforce/CRM

• EHR systems

PREFERRED SKILLS

• 1+ year of healthcare, pharmacy, or member support call center experience

• Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills
