StatPoint Medical is expanding, and we're looking for a high-energy, compassionate, and detail-oriented Patient Care Coordinator (PCC) to join our Operations Team. Hybrid Work Opportunity! Following successful completion of training, this position transitions to a hybrid schedule, with the ability to work remotely most days and one scheduled day per week in the office.

Schedule & Compensation

  • Full-Time
  • 5 shifts per week
  • 8-hour shifts, including a mix of mid-day, evening, and weekend hours
  • Sunday availability required
  • Starting pay: $20.00 per hour

Position Summary: As a Patient Care Coordinator, you'll serve as the operational hub connecting patients, healthcare providers, and our mobile clinical teams. Every day, you'll coordinate patient visits, prioritize urgent needs, optimize clinical schedules and routes, and ensure our patients receive timely, high-quality care. Success in this role requires strong multitasking skills, clear communication, critical thinking, and the ability to make real-time decisions in a dynamic healthcare environment. In addition to scheduling and coordination, PCCs help support daily office operations by assisting with equipment management, inventory tracking, and fleet coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Patient Scheduling & Coordination

  • Receive and triage incoming patient service requests
  • Schedule mobile clinical team based on location, urgency, availability, and operational needs
  • Continuously adjust clinical schedules and routes as requests and conditions change
  • Communicate updates and ETAs to patients, clients, and field clinicians
  • Answer inbound calls and assist with general inquiries
  • Enter and maintain accurate information in company systems
  • Collaborate closely with clinical and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery

Operations Support

  • Clean and reprocess Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) kits
  • Coordinate vehicle maintenance with fleet service vendors
  • Restock and maintain office and clinical supplies
  • Monitor inventory levels and report low-stock items
  • Submit repair requests and track equipment service needs
  • Assist with maintaining an organized and efficient workspace

  • Ability to talk on the phone while accurately documenting information
  • Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-focused environment
  • Professional communication skills via phone, email, and text
