Patient Care Coordinator

Pride Health is hiring a Patient Care Coordinator to support our client’s medical facility in Carmel, NY 10512. This is a 3+ month contract assignment (Possibility of conversion or extension) and a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization!

Job Title: Patient Care Coordinator
Location: Carmel, NY 10512
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $24/hr to $25/hr on W2

Position Summary:
The Patient Care Coordinator is responsible for providing exceptional front-office support by managing patient check-in and check-out, verifying demographics and insurance information, assisting with MyChart activation, collecting copays, and scheduling appointments to ensure a seamless patient experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Check in and check out patients.
• Verify patient demographics and insurance information.
• Assist patients with MyChart activation.
• Collect copays and process payments.
• Schedule follow-up appointments and maintain accurate records.

Qualifications:

• 1–2 years of healthcare or medical office experience required.
• Experience with Epic preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
