Position: Patient Care Coordinator for Optometry office

Location will be at one of the following offices: Hyde Park, IL; Wicker Park, IL; University Village, IL; South Loop, IL; Edgewater, IL

Pay: $18 hourlyHours: M-F, 8:30-6pm

We are seeking an energetic candidate capable of multi-tasking and providing excellentcustomer service to all of our patients.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Answering the phones
• Scheduling and confirming appointments
• Locating and authorizing and verifying insurance benefits
• Maintain patient communications via phone, text, email, fax, etc.

Qualifications:

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
• Experience preferred but willing to train the right candidate
