Active Chiropractic is looking for an enthusiastic, dependable, and detail-oriented Patient Care Coordinator to join our growing team!


We're an established integrative healthcare practice in Eugene, Oregon, offering chiropractic care, massage therapy, acupuncture, and rehabilitation services. Our mission is simple: help people feel better, move better, and live healthier lives.

What You'll Do


As a Patient Care Coordinator, you'll be one of the first people our patients interact with and an essential part of their experience.

• Create a welcoming experience: Greet patients with warmth, professionalism, and a positive attitude.
  
  
• Keep our schedule running smoothly: Answer phones, schedule appointments, and assist patients with questions.
  
  
• Coordinate patient care: Check patients in and out, collect payments, and help patients navigate their visits.
  
  
• Assist with insurance: Verify health insurance benefits and help ensure accurate patient information.
  
  
• Support daily operations: Keep the front office organized, efficient, and running smoothly.
  
  
• Be a team player: Work closely with our providers and staff to deliver exceptional patient care.

Previous medical office, reception, scheduling, or insurance experience is a plus, but not required. We're happy to train someone with the right personality, attitude, and willingness to learn.
