The Patient Care Coordinator: Floater is integral to our patient experience at Northwest Physical Therapy. In this role, you will:
- Full Time Position.
- Travel to our 4 offices to fill in for scheduled and unscheduled days off.
- Greets patients and general public upon entering the facility.
- Communicate with other medical professionals and patients to coordinate patient therapy treatments.
- Prepares and maintains patient billing and medical records.
- Manages patient insurance benefits, authorizations, and payment information.
- Communicates insurance coverage, coverage limits, deductibles, and co-pay information to patients once benefit information is obtained.
- Performs general filing, mailing, and communication tasks.
- Performs general cleaning and upkeep of office, clinic and reception areas.
- Manages the patient experience through their effective communication, gathering accurate insurance information, and navigating the patient's therapy visit schedule, to provide the optimal healing environment.
