Cityview Audiology & Hearing Aids, Inc is hiring for a Patient Care Coordinator to staff the front office of our busy audiology practice. The practice serves the elderly and hearing-impaired community in the greater Dallas/Fort Worth area. This position is full-time (4o hours per week). The successful candidate is outgoing, friendly, with excellent communication skills and is eager to join our patient-centered and community-oriented practice, providing excellent support and contributing to the success of the team!

Responsibilities include:
- Warmly greeting patients and other visitors.
- Answering phones in a prompt and courteous manner.
- Converting calls into scheduled appointments; turning calls into scheduled appointments.
- Entering and updating all patient information including handling invoices, receiving funds and processing payments.
- Maintaining excellent working relationships with patients, vendors, colleagues, etc.
Qualifications:
- Must be a high school graduate.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
- Superior verbal and written communication skills, including computer literacy with an eye for accuracy and details.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Ability to handle pressure from the public, patients, office staff and providers.
- Neat and professional appearance.
- A welcoming customer service orientation. Works as part of team.
- Professional level listening and problem-solving skills.
- Strong ability to prioritize, multi-task and stay organized.
- Commitment to continuous improvement. Willingness to grow and learn new skills.
- Must have consistent, punctual, and reliable attendance.
Physical Requirements:
- This position is performed in an office environment and requires periods of sitting or standing that may last one hour or longer. Physical requirements may include the need to occasionally lift up to twenty-five pounds.
- Job pressures are high for meeting deadlines, working on multiple tasks at one time, and frequent interruptions. The mental ability required is high for reasoning, reading, remembering, writing, and speaking.
