Schedule: Monday - Friday 8a-5p

Pay Rate: $18-19/hour

Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is currently seeking a Patient Care Coordinator for an onsite opportunity in Hialeah, Florida. If you have medical office experience, strong customer service skills, and a passion for helping patients, we encourage you to apply today!

Responsibilities Include:

• Greet members, visitors, patients, and guests in a friendly, professional, and welcoming manner

• Serve as the first point of contact for the senior center by answering, screening, and directing incoming telephone calls and inquiries

• Provide exceptional customer service to members, caregivers, and community partners

• Register new members and maintain accurate member records and documentation

• Schedule appointments for center services, classes, activities, and wellness programs

• Assist with member check-in and check-out processes and ensure attendance records are maintained accurately

• Provide information regarding senior center programs, events, activities, and available resources

• Support daily administrative operations, including filing, copying, scanning, faxing, and data entry

• Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail, packages, and correspondence

• Maintain reception and lobby areas in a clean, organized, and professional manner

• Monitor visitor access and ensure all guests follow established center procedures

• Assist with event registration, program enrollment, and special event coordination as needed

• Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and other administrative documents as requested
  

Qualifications Include:

• High School Diploma or GED required

• One to two years of receptionist, customer service, administrative, or clerical experience preferred

• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel

• Experience working with older adults and diverse populations preferred

• Bilingual preferred -English /Spanish

Pay Details: $18.00 to $19.00 per hour
