Pride Health is hiring a Patient Care Coordinator to support our client's healthcare facility in Seattle, WA 98122.

Pay Rate: $25.00/hour*
*Pay offered is based on experience, expertise, credentialing, and education.  
 
Duties: 

• Manage front desk operations and provide a welcoming experience for patients and visitors.
• Coordinate patient check-ins, appointments, and other administrative activities.
• Respond to patient inquiries and direct questions to the appropriate clinical staff.
• Utilize Epic to access and update patient information and support clinic workflows.
• Handle incoming calls, messages, and patient-related requests.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Coordinate with medical assistants, registered nurses, providers, and the practice manager.
• Identify and resolve routine operational issues independently.
• Handle non-standard requests and escalate complex concerns when necessary.
• Manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining accuracy and attention to detailg

Required Qualifications

• At least 1 year of relevant experience.
• Previous customer service experience.
• Front desk or reception experience.
• Experience with Epic or a similar electronic health record system.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with a clinical team
