Employment Type: Full-time 
Shift: Nights/ Every other weekend
Hours Per Week: 32-hour/week

Hiring Range: Starting at $18.39-$24.59 hourly 

Starting rate of $21.15 hourly 

The posted pay range contains shift differentials.  This position is eligible for additional compensation based on the shifts worked.

• Weekday evening shift - additional 10%
• Weekday night shift - an additional 15%
• Weekend day shift – an additional 10%
• Weekend evening & night shifts – an additional 21%

The actual compensation for this position will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.

Responsibilities:

• Aids with movement and placement of patients.
• Assists patients with tending to personal care and activities of daily living.
• Reports findings or changes in physical, mental and emotional conditions to nursing staff.
• Documents necessary records.
• Keeps patient rooms clean, orderly, and maintains medical equipment.
• Ability to register and function dually as a unit coordinator is also a requirement of the job.

Education:

•  High school diploma/GED required, or minimum of three (3) years experience required.
•  BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date.
