Job Details
Location: NYC, BX, BKLYN, QNS and LI
Schedule: Full-Time / Part-Time / Per Diem
Pay Rate: $22.00 to $24.00 per hour
Start Date: ASAP
Responsibilities
Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, feeding, and toileting
Monitor and record vital signs, intake/output, and patient condition
Perform EKGs, Phlebotomy, and Specimen Collection as needed
Assist nurses with treatments and patient care procedures
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized patient environment
Provide emotional support to patients
Follow infection control and safety procedures
Communicate effectively with nurses and healthcare team
Requirements
Active Patient Care Technician (PCT) Certification – REQUIRED
- BLS Certification (American Heart Association) – REQUIRED
High School Diploma or GED
Previous hospital, rehab, or psych facility experience preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and teamwork skills
