Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and document vital signs and patient conditions
- Assist with ADLs (bathing, dressing, toileting, mobility)
- Perform EKGs and phlebotomy (if trained)
- Support nurses with clinical tasks and patient comfort
- Transport patients and maintain clean patient areas
Qualifications:
- Completion of PCT program or CNA + phlebotomy/EKG training
- BLS certification (required in most facilities)
- 6 months+ experience in patient care preferred
- Strong clinical knowledge, communication, and empathy
