You will greet patients warmly in person and over the phone, manage and optimize the appointment schedule, and ensure bookings, confirmations, and rescheduling are handled with precision and foresight. Throughout the day, you will verify insurance eligibility, process payments, and meticulously maintain accurate and confidential patient records within the practice management software. You will answer and direct multi-line phone calls, respond to patient inquiries, and work closely with the clinical team to help create a seamless patient experience.
