Patient Escort

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our team. The role involves providing support and assistance to clients, ensuring their comfort and safety during an 8-hour shift. Candidates must possess a valid HHA (Home Health Aide) or CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) certificate.
Job Description:

• To escort patients to and from appointments in a safe and timely manner
• Accompany patient on trips to/from scheduled appointments and remain with the patient at all times
• Ensure any documentation/appointment information etc. Is provided to the facility's nursing supervisors
• Inform facility of any changes in residents situation / plan
• Must be able to communicate well with the patient to assure a positive experience

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must have a valid HHA or CNA certification.
• Ability to work 8-hour shifts.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Compassionate and patient-focused approach to care.
• Ability to handle physically demanding tasks.
