We’re looking for an experienced, upbeat, organized, and friendly Patient Care Coordinator to help create an incredible experience for our patients and families.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Greeting patients and families with warmth and energy.
- Scheduling appointments for pediatric and orthodontic patients.
- Answering phones with kindness and professionalism.
- Helping parents understand appointments and treatment flow.
- Verifying insurance and handling patient accounts.
- Managing patient check-in/check-out.
- Keeping schedules running smoothly during busy days.
- Working closely with our doctors and clinical team.
- Creating a positive, fun experience for every child who visits.
What We’re Looking For:
- Dental office experience strongly preferred.
- Pediatric or orthodontic experience is a huge plus.
- Friendly and confident communicator.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and team-first mindset.
- Someone who genuinely enjoys working with children and families.
