We are seeking a compassionate, professional, and highly organized Patient Liaison to join our team. This individual will serve as a key point of contact for patients and families, helping answer questions, address concerns, and ensure a positive overall experience. The ideal candidate must be fluent in Yiddish and English, possess exceptional customer service and communication skills, and be comfortable managing a high volume of phone interactions with empathy and professionalism.
This is an in-office position, with potential flexibility for a hybrid schedule after six months based on performance and operational needs.
Salary & Benefits
Salary: $50,000 - $55,000 annually

Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for patients and families via phone
Respond to questions, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner
Provide compassionate support and guidance to families navigating patient care services
Coordinate communication between families, staff, and departments as needed
Document interactions and maintain accurate records
Follow up on outstanding concerns to ensure resolution and satisfaction
Assist with administrative duties including scheduling, data entry, filing, and general office support
Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations
Help foster a welcoming, supportive, and service-oriented environment
Qualifications
Fluent in both Yiddish and English required
Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills
Strong verbal and written communication abilities
Previous experience in healthcare, customer service, patient relations, or administrative support preferred
Ability to remain calm, professional, and empathetic in challenging situations
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer systems
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
