Position Overview:
- Strong guest relations, hospitality, customer service, or patient-facing background who can effectively engage with patients, families, and clinical teams in a healthcare environment.
- Possess excellent communication skills, strong customer service instincts, the ability to de-escalate concerns, and a proactive approach to creating a positive patient experience.
Qualifications:
- Round throughout the hospital and engage with patients and families.
- Address service recovery opportunities and escalate concerns when appropriate.
- Support patient experience initiatives and help improve overall satisfaction.
- Demonstrate professionalism, empathy, and strong interpersonal skills.
Pay Rate: $26.66/Hour
Shift: Day 5x8-Hour (09:30 - 18:00); Duration: 26 weeks
