We are seeking a dedicated and organized Patient Navigator to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing patient interactions, ensuring a smooth and efficient patient experience, and supporting the administrative functions of our practice.
Responsibilities
Scheduling new patient legal referrals
Schedule and managing all depositions for providers
Scheduling meetings between providers and Attorneys
Send out visit note request
Once cleared, send out visit notes to Law Firms
Send out orders and assist with coordination for patients to complete orders
Answering incoming inquiries via phone/email
Assist with incoming referrals for authorization
Surgery coordination between law firm our team
Send out surgery deposit emails to law firm and coordinate with the billing team to ensure we receive payment prior to scheduling surgery
Send out deposition and Surgical Cost Estimate(SCE) invoices and coordinate with billing to ensure invoices are paid prior to submitting SCE letters and scheduling depositions
Creating SCE letters /sending out SCE letters
Updating SCE/Depo tracker
Create billing record for balance inquiries
Speak directly to Attorneys to assist with patient care
Occasionally assist with medical/billing records, DWQ request for ALL entities
Marketing 1-2 times every 2 weeks
Enter DME and Luminary charges into the billing system
Qualifications
2 years of work experience as a scheduler/referral coordinator
1 year of billing experience
Ability to utilize Excel
High school Diploma/GED
Bilingual (Spanish) - Highly Preferred
