Patient Service Representative - Racine, WI

Racine Dental Group is looking for a friendly and dependable Patient Service Representative (PSR) to join our team in Racine, WI!

Do you enjoy helping people, staying organized, and creating a welcoming experience for patients? We're looking for someone with strong customer service skills who can help keep our front office running smoothly while making every patient feel valued.

Dental experience is a plus, but we''re also interested in candidates with at least one year of hands-on experience and a passion for providing excellent customer service.

What You'll Do

• Welcome patients and create a positive first impression

• Answer incoming calls and assist patients with questions

• Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments

• Register patients and maintain accurate patient information

• Verify insurance information and assist with patient inquiries

• Collect payments and post charges to patient accounts

• Monitor voicemail and follow up with patients as needed

• Help patients understand treatment plans and financial arrangements

• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area

• Collaborate with the dental team to provide an excellent patient experience

What We're Looking For

• At least 1 year of hands-on experience required

• Customer service experience required

• Previous dental office or front desk experience is a plus

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Friendly, professional, and patient-focused attitude

• Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment

• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work well with a team

• X-ray certification is not required

What We Offer

• Full-time schedule:

• Monday: 8:00 AM-12:00 PM

• Tuesday: 10:00 AM-7:00 PM

• Wednesday: 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

• Thursday: 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

• Friday: 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

• Pay range: $20-$23 per hour, based on experience
