Temporary Patient Service Representative

Location: St. Louis, MO 63141

Pay: $17-$19/hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday, Full-Time

Assignment: Temporary Leave Coverage

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Patient Service Representative to support a busy healthcare office during a leave of absence.

Responsibilities:

Patient check-in/check-out
Schedule appointments and answer phones
Verify insurance and process referrals
Maintain accurate patient records
Provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications:

Patient/customer service experience required
Knowledge of health insurance verification and referrals
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
