Peachtree Immediate Care is seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Patient Service Representative (PSR) to join our urgent care team in Warner Robins, GA.

As the first point of contact for our patients, you'll play an important role in creating a welcoming experience while supporting daily front-office operations. What You'll Do

• Greet patients, complete registration, and provide excellent customer service.

• Verify insurance eligibility, collect co-pays, and process payments.

• Maintain accurate patient records and demographic information.

• Answer incoming calls and assist with patient inquiries.

• Support daily front-office operations to ensure an efficient patient experience.

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Customer service or medical front-office experience preferred.

• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.

• Basic computer proficiency and attention to detail.

• Ability to work three 12-hour shifts with rotating weekends.
