Sodexo is seeking a Patient Service Manager 2 at McLaren Flint located in Flint, MI. This strategic food service leader will direct and manage the patient feeding operations. This food service manager will lead, mentor and develop a team of frontline staff and supervisors to ensure we are meeting and exceeding expectations.

What Youll Do

• Evaluate and develop service levels for the Patient Services Program, working to exceed patient satisfaction
• Oversee Sodexo's Patient Dining Program (At Your Request) and daily meal rounding inclusive of service recovery
• Collaborate with clinical, food service and interdisciplinary teams to enhance the patient experience
• Perform tray assessments to ensure food quality, presentation and tray accuracy
• Present team updates at monthly meetings to senior management
• Perform management functions that including supervision of hourly associates, employee development, scheduling, and other HR related matters

What You Bring

• Experience reporting on metrics and department data to management
• Demonstrated success in implementing process or procedure improvements and enhancements
• Passion for our patients and customers to ensure our Sodexo CARES (Compassion, Accountability, Respect, Enthusiasm and Service) behaviors are followed daily
• Knowledge of nutrition and specialized diets
• Perform management functions that including supervision of hourly associates, employee development, scheduling, and other HR related matters
• Strong management skills, preferably in healthcare

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum Education Requirement: Associates Degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum Management Experience: 2 years
• Minimum Functional Experience: 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
