The Patient Services Representative 3 (MOSC 3) is responsible for sustaining an environment of intrinsic goodwill for the practice while providing optimum services to patients. This position requires the skills and ability to manage the level of responsibilityand accountability necessary to provide specialized duties for the department/clinical team for which it is assigned. This position may also perform front office duties consistent with those of Patient Services Representative 2 (MOSC 2), per operational needs.

This position requires the skills and ability to manage the level of responsibility and accountability necessary to provide specialized duties for the Neurodiagnostic Services Departments, including referral and authorization coordination, answering phones, helping patients at the front counter, coordinating for surgical, inpatient, and specialized services, reception & registration duties, telephone coordination and scheduling, and other administrative support.
