Title - Patient Services Representative Duration - 3 months (Extendable) Shift - Day 5x8-Hour (8:30-17:00) Location : Baltimore, MD 21215
**candidates must have scheduling experience** Position Summary: Acts as liaison for the patient, family, referring physician, and Department of Imaging Services during the entire Imaging process. Duties include Reception and registration, patient and family education, ensuring appropriate pre-authorizations and referrals are obtained, schedules and communicates additional procedures based on outcomes, captures data and reports to appropriate venues.
