Job Summary:
We are looking for a Part-Time Patient Service Representative to join our fast-paced, multi-specialty practice. This role plays a key part in supporting patient care by managing communications, processing documentation, and ensuring smooth administrative operations. We are willing to train the right candidate. 

Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Enter referral data accurately and efficiently.
  • Answer phones & respond to voicemails in a timely manner.
  • Manage incoming fax requests.
  • Certified Letters.
  • Process patient FMLA paperwork.
  • Pre-certifications.
  • Receive and process all medical records requests.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of all PHI.
  • Assist with administrative tasks as assigned.

Qualifications & Skills:
  • HIPPA Compliant.
  • Proficient with computers.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong data entry skills.
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks.
  • Able to respond to requests promptly.
  • Bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Requirements:
  • High school graduate or equivalent.
  • Proficient with Electronic Health Records.

Work Schedule:
  • In-office (Danbury).
  • Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM–3:00 PM.
  • Up to 28 hours per week.

Compensation:
  • Salary based on experience.
