Patient Services Representative- Emergency DepartmentA Patient Service Representative needs to have strong organizational skills along with the ability to think on their feet when faced with new situations that arise throughout each day within a professional medical environment.Roles and Responsibilities:Patient intake, such as greeting and check-in patients/verifying/updating patient demographicsAssist patients with filling out consent formsReceive and process cash and credit card payments for medical services renderedInitiate calls, pages, and triage phone calls.
