Patient Services Representative - Full-Time Position - Wakefield Location

Were seeking a detail-oriented and highly personable Patient Services Representative to join our team at our Garner Urgent Care. This role is vital to ensuring a seamless experience for every patient from the moment they walk through our doors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet patients and visitors with warmth and professionalism
• Accurately collect and input patient information into the electronic health record system
• Verify insurance coverage and obtain necessary authorizations
• Handle incoming calls and front desk correspondence
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to provide outstanding service

Schedule:

• Three 13-hour shifts with weekend coverage as needed
