Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a transport vehicle to transport patient to their destinations
- Follow all traffic laws and regulations while driving
- Maintain a clean and organized vehicle
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks
- Load and unload passengers as required
- Communicate effectively with passengers to ensure a positive experience
- Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding transportation operations
Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Previous experience as a van driver, shuttle driver, bus driver, limousine driver, school bus driver, or delivery driver is preferred
- Ability to lift heavy objects as needed
- Excellent communication skills to interact with passengers or customers
- Ability to drive for long periods of time while maintaining focus and alertness
