We are a private practice seeking a warm, organized, and patient‑focused Patient Treatment Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you’ll be the friendly face and knowledgeable guide who helps patients feel confident and cared for throughout their dental journey. Key Responsibilities
Appointment Coordination — Manage patient scheduling and optimize daily workflow.
Treatment Education — Review treatment plans, procedures, and financial options with patients.
Record Management — Assist with accurate documentation and EHR updates.
Patient Support — Provide exceptional customer service and address patient questions.
Team Collaboration — Work closely with clinical staff to ensure seamless patient experiences.
Insurance Assistance — Verify insurance, support claims processing, and follow up as needed.
Progress Tracking — Monitor upcoming appointments and treatment milestones.
Office Atmosphere — Help maintain a friendly, welcoming environment for all visitors.
️ Requirements
Dental Office Experience -Front desk and Dental administrative background.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency with dental software Dentrix and Dental intel a plus
Detail‑oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
Reliable and has the Ability to thrive in a team‑oriented setting.
Keen Knowledge of dental Insurance and terminology
Keen knowledge of front desk procedures
Positive attitude and genuine passion for patient care.
