Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (Master’s degree or MBA preferred)
Experience: Typically 5 to 10 years of progressive experience in compensation administration, job pricing, and market analysis.
Certifications: Certified Compensation Professional or Global Remuneration Professional designation is strongly preferred.
Core Competencies: Analytical & Technical Skills. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, HRIS platforms.
Regulatory Knowledge: Deep understanding of wage-and-hour laws and pay transparency compliance.
Communication & Discretion: Ability to manage highly confidential data and clearly explain complex pay decisions to leadership and staff.
