Job Overview

We are seeking a Payment Processor & Customer Service Representative to support customers with automotive-related payments and service questions. You will process transactions accurately, maintain clear records, and communicate with customers by phone and in writing. This role combines payment handling, customer support, and client services in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Process customer payments, handle cash when needed, issue receipts, and complete accurate data entry.
• Respond to customer questions, resolve routine concerns, and provide clear updates about payment or service matters.
• Make outbound calls as needed and use professional phone etiquette in every interaction.
• Maintain organized transaction records and support daily administrative tasks using Microsoft Office and other computer systems.
• Coordinate with colleagues to address customer needs and support sales or service follow-up.
• Your impact: Accurate payment processing and responsive support help customers resolve account questions and move forward with confidence.

Requirements

• Strong customer service, customer support, and customer service problem-solving skills, with clear client communication.
• Effective phone communication, writing skills, typing accuracy, and organizational skills.
• Computer skills and technical proficiency, including familiarity with Microsoft Office; experience with data entry is useful.
• Call center experience and cash handling experience are helpful.
• English proficiency is required. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are valued.
