    Payments Specialist

    As a Payment Specialist at ICON, you will contribute to our accounting and financial operations function, working collaboratively to deliver high-quality outcomes across our clinical programs

    What You Will Do:

    You will contribute to scientific operations activities, taking responsibility for your deliverables and working collaboratively.

    Key responsibilities include:

    • Managing the grant application process from start to finish.

    • Researching and identifying grant opportunities that align with our organization's mission and values.

    • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to gather information and develop compelling grant proposals.

    • Ensuring compliance with grant funding requirements and deadlines.

    • Tracking and reporting on grant activities and outcomes.

    Your Profile:

    You will bring relevant scientific operations experience, along with the following qualifications and skills.

    Required qualifications and experience:

    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Nonprofit Management, Public Administration).

    • Previous experience in grant writing, grant management, or a related field preferred.

    • Strong research and analytical skills.

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
