Job Summary: Responsible for assisting in the processing of the bi-weekly payroll, along with processing payments for various payroll deductions, pay period reports and W2s acting as a back-up to the Payroll Coordinator. Provide support for IS and HR to process system updates and respond to staff questions. Assist the Accounts Payable clerk in the processing of invoices for payments according to organizational policy. Reconcile vendor payments and resolve discrepancies. Minimum Qualifications: Three years of payroll (including time cards) / accounts payable experience Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word ADP familiarity a plus Familiarity with wage verifications a plus Pay Range: $24.76-$34.01
